Bradford Council’s chief executive has hit back at claims by those fighting to save the former Odeon building that the former director of city centre regeneration was acting for the developer while employed by the authority. My question here is if the company was not formed until march 2011 why are they advertising projects they have done when the company was not in existence This clearly shows they were employed by Bradford council or Yorkshire forward at those times.http://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/news/9731151.Council_chief_executive_hits_back_over__conflict_of_interest__claim/
.
During the period 01 April 2010 to 30 March 2011 our 90 Bradford Councillors earnings amounted to a total of 1823358.24 Now the basic Councilor pay is 13042.92 times this by 90 and we have a total of 1173862.8 the rest of the monies is extra remuneration for sitting on panels and supposedly representing their electorate now don't forget some if not most of these cllrs have day jobs ,and some are two clllr households yep some of are elected members it would seem are on very good earnings

It is more than a little concerning when it's alleged that former council officers and a Yorkshire forward x employee who have played a central role in decisions such as the odeon site go on to form a company that may gain pecuniary advantage from such. I unable to post a link to the newspaper article as strangely enough they haven't published the story. If you want to look further take a look at a company called MORPHE and its directors Terry Hodgkinson CBE DL For seven years he led Yorkshire Forward,
Stephen Tallboys He has expertise in public - private partnerships and leading Bradford city center's £2bn investment programme.Yassen Mahammed head of property Bradford.Strange that it gives examples of things they have done early projects 1995 to 2005 this must have been projects whilst they were employed by either Bradford Council or Yorkshire forward as the said company was not formed until March 2011'
